Worth-Smith Family Home Renovation Wikipage

We are using this page to exchange information on our plans with our architect, Sophie Piesse, and our builder, Alfermann Construction.

As we go along we are sharing the progress and dealing with new challenges. Here is a summary of our exchanges to date:

Here is an overview of what we are doing, we'll post some photos later:

1. Make the upstairs garage space into conditioned space and move Mark into that office
2. Renovate Julie's current downstairs office space and move her office into Mark's old office
3. Create a sunroom porch from the deck
4. Add a mudroom/entrance foyer to the kitchen entrance
5. Add a passthru and laundry room to the space where Julie had her office
6. Replace the roofs
7. Replace (almost all) the siding and the ill-fitting shutters on the front of the house
8. Upgrade water heating to eliminate long delays in shower or hand washing uses
